Swim Lesson Registration Form

Registration forms must be submitted in person at Fountain Green Swim Club. Payment in full is required during registration.

For Members

$45 per child; $40 for each additional child.

The dates for early walk-in registration are to be announced. Members can also register during normal hours on starting Memorial Day weekend (May 29th.)

For Non-Members

$65 per child; $60 for each additional child. Walk-in registration starts on Memorial Day weekend (Math 29st.)

Skill Levels

Level 1For children ages 3 or older. Increases the child's comfort and readiness to swim.
Level 2Designed for children with very limited swimming skills.
Level 3Designed for children with body control in the water and rudimentary stroke. Upon completion, child will be able to swim one length of the pool
Level 4For children able to swim at least one length of the pool. Upon completion, child will be able to swim several lengths of the pool; additional strokes are taught.
Level 5, 6Students will develop more skilled stroke mechanics.

Special Water Aerobics classes are available for swimmers aged 18 or older. Prices and scheduling are to be announced; see manager for details.
