Pool Hours

The pool will be open starting at 3:00 pm when HCPS schools are in session. The schedule is below:

Pavilion Rentals

Regular Policy

Pavilions can be rented from opening until 4 pm, from 4 pm until closing, or the entire day.

Dates for early registration are to be announced. Reservations can also be made during the pool season.

Fees must be paid in full prior to the event:

Half day$25
Full day$40

Additionally, there is a $5 fee per guest. Reservations and payment must be made prior to the event. Additionally, each guest is required to read the pool rules before swimming.

Large Group Policy

Events are considered to be large groups when 100 people or more are invited. In these cases, two pavilions must be rented.

Large-group pavilion rentals are made on a first come, first serve basis to members only. Large-group rentals must be made directly with management.

Pavilion rental refund policy: If the pool is closed due to severe inclement weather, a refund will be allowed after the event. If the weather is mild enough for the pool to be open, a refund will not be allowed.

Pricing:

$25.00Per pavilion registration fee
$50.00for two pavilions half day rental (5:00pm to close)

Special fees are given to babysitters and day-care children. Please send a written request to the Board of Directors:

Guest Passes

Early registration dates for guest passes are to be announced. Guest passes may be purchased during the regular pool season.

Pricing:

$50.0010-pack of guest passes, good for ten visits
$8.00Per guest without a guest pass
$5.00Per guest when a pavilion is rented

Guest passes are ONLY to be presented by members with the guests accompanying them. Guest passes will not be honored if the member is not present.
